Hello everyone :)
As you can see in my gallery, I mostly take pictures of animals and other things related to nature. Many of my pictures are taken in Blijdorp (a zoo in Rotterdam, the Netherlands).
Even though my boyfriend and I live together in Rotterdam, I study World Religions in Leiden. As a vegetarian, I love all things animal related and in my spare time I volunteer at an animal shelter for rabbits and rodents. I have a cat (at my parents' house) and a Syrian hamster. My other hobbies include knitting and Postcrossing.
If at any time you want me to write a critique or help you out in any way, don't hesitate to contact me! I am on DA as much to help others as I am to post my own work and get feedback on that :)
If you want to use one of my pictures as a reference or whatever, please ask first and there's a good chance I will allow it. Just give credit where credit is due and don't steal any artwork!

Hey :)
I'm once again trying to get more active on DA. So far I'm working on uploading a few pictures I've made during my absence. More importantly though, I've been faving a lot of beautiful pictures I've missed over the last few months. So naturally I really wanted to do a feature. I don't really have a theme this time, although I do have a thing for watercolours all of a sudden! Please check out all of these amazing artists :)

Hi everyone.
I haven't been online much lately, been so busy. And when my premium membership expired I was kinda broke and got less interested in DA. With the special offer of getting 24 months premium for the price of 12 months, I decided to get back into it.
Let's see, news.. Oh yeah, we have a hamster now. Don't think I mentioned that before. She's hard to take pictures of because she's usually awake when it's dark and we have bad lighting in the living room. I'll be sure to try to take some good pictures soon though. I do have a ton of pictures taken with my crappy mobile phone, but I don't like to upload those on DA.

Hey everone :) Haven't done a feature recently, let alone given an update, so here's both! I'm learning a bit more about Photoshop every day and now I have discovered actions. Yeah I know, I'm slow on the uptake, but I am only using online tutorials and some practicing by myself... The learning process is going slow! I'm also easily demotivated, when something doesn't work the way I want it to, I usually just quit and give up. Ah well, I'll keep it up. Besides all this, I've recently noticed how features can be pieces of art in themselves, so I'm going to try and make this one look pretty instead of just a collection of pictures I rea
